1. Who we are

908 Audio is the trade name under which an independent developer based in Brazil sells audio software. You can reach us through the Support page on this website.

2. Who sells your order

Card and PayPal orders: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all these orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Pix (Mercado Pago) and cryptocurrency (NOWPayments) orders are sold directly by 908 Audio.

3. License

Each purchase grants you a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the purchased plugin on up to 3 of your own computers at the same time. The bundle grants one such license for each of the four plugins.

You may use the plugins in commercial and non-commercial music and audio productions; the audio you create is yours. You may not resell, rent, share or publish your license key or the installers, and you may not modify, decompile, crack or remove the copy protection of the software.

4. Delivery and activation

After payment is confirmed, your license key and a download link are sent to the email address you provided. Activating a plugin on a new computer requires your email, your license key and an internet connection; the plugin also revalidates the license online from time to time.

5. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices are shown in US dollars (Pix payments in Brazilian reais). For orders processed by Paddle, applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Promotional prices, such as the Black Friday bundle price, are valid only during the announced period; the price charged is the one shown when your order is created.

6. Refunds

Because the software is delivered immediately, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details and for the exceptions required by law.

7. Software provided as is

We work to keep the plugins stable and compatible with the systems listed on each product page, but the software is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force on the date of your purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
