Refund Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026908 Audio sells digital software that is delivered immediately (license key and download link). For that reason all sales are final.
1. No refunds or exchanges
Once your order is confirmed we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits, including for change of mind or for not using the software, except where required by applicable law. Please check the system requirements and listen to the audio demos on each product page before buying.
2. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws. Where the law grants you a right of withdrawal or a refund for digital content, it will be respected under the conditions set by that law.
3. Card and PayPal orders (Paddle)
These orders are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Any refund that is due is processed by Paddle to the original payment method; you can contact Paddle through the link in your receipt.
4. Pix and cryptocurrency orders
These orders are sold directly by 908 Audio. Refunds that are legally due are returned through the same payment method; for cryptocurrency, in the same currency and network, and network fees are not refunded.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged twice for the same order, or paid and did not receive your license, contact Support with your order or transaction ID: we resend the license or refund the duplicate charge.
6. After a refund
When an order is refunded or charged back, the corresponding license keys are deactivated.
